Do you have a physical location?
Yes, stop by the Andersonville Galleria at 5247 N Clark St, Chicago, IL 60640. Anya's booth can be found on the second floor.
Do you ship outside the US?
Sorry, currently we only ship within the US. But if you live in another country and really want to receive something from the store, please send us an email at info@anya-sherr-store.com and we'll try to sort this out for you!
How long does the shipping take?
Depending on the complexity of the order, but usually we ship within 1-3 business days. And then delivery takes another 1-5 business days. If your order is late, contact us at info@anya-sherr-store.com
I only received part of my order, what do I do?
Sometimes when you order different types of products at the same time, we pack and ship them separately to ensure the safest and the most sustainable shipping. If you got one part of your order, don't worry, the rest is coming very soon. If it doesn't arrive, contact us at info@anya-sherr-store.com, and we'll figure it out.
What do I do if I got the wrong order or quantity?

My order is lost in the mail! What do I do?
We will happily replace or refund you at our cost as long as the address you provided was correct.
I provided the wrong address. What do I do?
If your order has not shipped, just email us so we can make that change! If it’s already left our warehouse and has been returned to us, we ask that you cover reshipping and provide an updated or more reliable shipping address.
